I live in Australia and I know this won't bring Tim back but please remember not all people with a mental illness are like that. You've seen mental illness at it worst. I will sign your petition to get the laws changed as treatment orders are law in Australia and they work. it saddens me that this is still going on in the world and your right treatment orders are the way to go and punishment has to fit in there somewhere.
